GO Expansion

The $18B GO Expansion project is the largest transit capital infrastructure project in the Province’s history. It will deliver two-way, all-day electrified service every 15 minutes over the core segments of the GO Rail Network. Capital works include track, civil works (utility relocations, grade separations etc.), signaling upgrades, electrification infrastructure, maintenance facility upgrades, fleet, and Operations and Maintenance.

The project has three components (On Corridor Works, Stations and Enabling Works) and includes a variety of procurement methodologies including P3, progressive design build, CMAR, DB and DBB.
